Called this lot again a couple of weeks back after a power outage as there was an issue with a particular circuit. Had to explain it to the switchboard operator, she had to speak to someone else then I spoke to someone explained the issue, It was suggested we may need a switchboard upgrade. Asked for my details, they were provided. Individual stated he would have to look at their schedule and arrange a site visit, two weeks later nothing.
The problem is still here. like I said in a post about Austral if you dont want the job say so, get a set dont just fob people off with bullshit.
Contacted these people by email and rang them never got a response. Wouldn’t bother with them a third time.

On installation day, the team arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and completed the job quickly. They also left the place spotless, which was a great touch.

On time and completed the work with great results. We had a number of power points replaced, new downlights installed, new celling fans installed, removal of old flush mounted light fittings and power run to a new outdoor kitchen.
The admin staff, scheduling team and operations managers all communicated proficiently and overall was a great experience and result.
The team was professional, punctual and clearly very experienced. They took the time to explain the system, answered all my questions and made sure everything was set up exactly how I wanted. The installation itself was completed efficiently and to a very high standard, with great attention to detail.
What really stood out was their communication and care throughout the job. They respected the home, cleaned up properly afterwards and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left.

Just to clarify, the appointment was not booked as a solar fault-finding service. The original quoted scope of work ($398.42) was to investigate high power bills, which included a switchboard inspection, testing of household appliances, and assessing other electrical loads throughout the home.
On the day, our electrician found that there were fewer appliances and circuits than initially expected, so the final invoice was reduced to $242.66 to accurately reflect the time spent on site. The checks carried out were in line with the agreed scope of works.
