NIXON is a family owned and operated electrical, air conditioning and solar company with a strong history dating back to the 1990s. Our team delivers sales, installation and servicing across residential, commercial and industrial projects, with a focus on safety, quality and reliability.
Based in Western Australia, we proudly service the Peel and South West regions, with local branches in Mandurah, Bunbury, Busselton and Harvey. With over 75 staff across our branch locations, our size and local presence allow us to respond quickly and deliver professionally managed services with clear communication, strong systems and consistent workmanship.

Nixon electrical supplied and installed a new aircon for me, they have done a nice job in a really timely manner. The electrician (David I believe) on the day also helped me out and quoted and replaced a damaged power outlet. The subcontractors who Nixon use also did great work as well. I would definitely call Nixon again for any future work

Called this lot again a couple of weeks back after a power outage as there was an issue with a particular circuit. Had to explain it to the switchboard operator, she had to speak to someone else then I spoke to someone explained the issue, It was suggested we may need a switchboard upgrade. Asked for my details, they were provided. Individual stated he would have to look at their schedule and arrange a site visit, two weeks later nothing.
The problem is still here. like I said in a post about Austral if you dont want the job say so, get a set dont just fob people off with bullshit.
Contacted these people by email and rang them never got a response. Wouldn’t bother with them a third time.

The two guys attending our property to install electricity to our shed was very professional and friendly. I had a fantastic experience with Nixon Bunbury from start to finish. The service was excellent, and the delivery was quick and seamless. Darren was incredibly patient while I asked for multiple quotes, taking the time to explain everything clearly each time without hesitation. He even made a special trip out to Collie to ensure everything was exactly what I wanted, which I really appreciated.

The Technicians where clean and respectful while working in my home.
On time and completed the work with great results. We had a number of power points replaced, new downlights installed, new celling fans installed, removal of old flush mounted light fittings and power run to a new outdoor kitchen.
The admin staff, scheduling team and operations managers all communicated proficiently and overall was a great experience and result.

Work was done good! But your quotation is a miss! Your receptionist needs to know her job when quoting! Then after the job is done, even though we said what we wanted to be done, We get an extra invoice for the Certificate! $140 really Not very good! This needs to be said at the beginning!

I had an issue with a Daikin system that was 18 years old. Many parts were required to get the system running. I found Jess in the office very helpful and prompt to respond to queries and phone calls . She also allowed me to pay 50% of and invoice thst was raised rather than the full amount. I also found serviceman Jamie outstanding in communicating the various issues he was finding with our system direct to me on my mobile . . Call outs were all on time and when I wasn’t able to attend the premises Jamie was happy to pick up the keys from a lock box. Overall very satisfied with their service

We recently had two light sockets repaired by Nixon Bunbury Electrical and the service was fantastic. The electrician who came out was very friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He completed the job quickly and to a high standard.
It was such a quick fix that he was only here about 15 minutes which was a bit of a pity because the service was so good! We’ll definitely be happy to have Nixon Bunbury Electrical back anytime we need electrical work done in the future.

Nixon Electrical were super efficient and helpful. I rang at 9am and the electrician was there by 10am, same day, no hassles. A lovely young man who was diligent, thorough and very good at his job. Would recommend them to anyone. We needed an Electrical Safety Certificate, and what should have been straight forward ended up a bit more complicated because of a faulty connection. The electrician chased it down, replaced the wiring and all good.

Signing up to the maintenance contract with Nixon's was a great decision. Serviceperson Will came out to our home and serviced all our air cons. Admin staff and Will were professional, friendly, thorough and tidy. We're extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend them and their well-priced maintenance option. Previously used companies only serviced the outside units whereas Nixon's did both the outside and inside units.

I would never use Nixon again they are the biggest rip-off company I have ever dealt with $1500 for 2 ceiling fans and I supplied the fans

The technician turned up on time there was some miscommunication about what job it was a few days before the technician was not informed what the job was so had to go back to the office to collect the right equipment otherwise seems to have done a good job

I had a major electrical fault with my solar panels and was worried it would cause a fire on my roof. I tried contacting a number of electricians but as it was after hours i wasn't having much luck. That was until Nixon saved the day! I was lucky enough to talk to Darren and his customer service is honestly top tier! He listened to my concerns, and immediately knew the issue. He talked me through how to eliminate any immediate risks and next steps to get the problem resolved. I will only be calling Nixon for any future work needed and I highly recommend them! Great communication from the office, but the actual service didn't match the promise. I paid $246 for a solar fault-finding appointment, only for the technician to admit he had no experience with solar systems. He was friendly and checked the house circuits, but I’m still left with the same solar problem I started with. It feels like a waste of money to be charged a full call-out fee when the company didn't send the right person for the job described.

Kane and Lennon did a great job installing a new ceiling fan and pendant light. They arrived within the timeframe specified, were friendly, professional and cleaned up afterwards. This is my second installation with Dodds and I would definitely recommend them.

After my first experience with Nixon to visit my place to diagnostic an issue with my aircon unit, the technician did not show much understanding around the system and attributed the fault to some other parts on the aircon unit that was nothing wrong with these, which I figured out later what was actually the faulty part and the aircon unit is now running again. In other hand the Nixon team was very approachable and friendly, however my issue continued and therefore I can only give 2 starts in this instance.
