Ducted Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning, Supplied and Installed 

A ducted reverse cycle system heats and cools your whole home from one unit. The indoor unit sits in your roof space, connected by ductwork to outlets in each room, with a controller for temperature and zones.

“Reverse cycle” means it works both ways, moving heat out in summer and back in through winter, so you’re not running a separate heater.

Servicing and Repairs

Ducted systems need occasional attention to keep running efficiently. A neglected system works harder to move the same air, which shows up on your power bill long before it shows up as a breakdown.

We service and repair all makes and models of ducted air conditioning across the South West, regardless of who installed them.

The NIXON Annual Maintenance Plan

If you’d rather have it handled than remember it, our annual plan is $220 a year and includes:

  • A full clean and service of your ducted system, valued at $220 on its own
  • No call-out fees during business hours
  • Priority same-day attendance if a fault comes up
  • A discounted rate on any additional units at the same property
  • A 12-month rolling subscription with no lock-in. Cancel any time before renewal

For ducted systems, a service covers cleaning the roof unit and indoor filters, checking and sanitising the ducting, testing vent and fan operation, and an electrical and gas safety check.
